Because access begins after confirmed payment, cancellations are normally not available after a download or controlled access link is issued. If a file is corrupt, incomplete or inaccessible, contact OPS promptly for remediation or reissue.

Services

Before work starts, a cancellation may be reviewed. After research, intake or delivery begins, any refund is assessed against work already performed and documented scope.

Send the order reference and issue to info@oceanpearlseafood.com. DOKU payment records remain the source for payment status; OPS never requests card credentials or OTPs.
